Strawberry Fields Hills


Today: 4.5 miles
Week: 30.5 miles
Workout: Warm up from Niketown - 65th St-72nd St. Transverse - West Drive. Run 1 loop around Strawberry Fields. Rest for 90 seconds. Run 2 loops around Strawberry Fields. Rest 2 minutes. Repeat. (6 loops total). Cool down back to 65th St.

I ran at my half marathon pace for all of the loops. It was a good workout, not too hard, but not easy either.
