Long Run

Today: 14 miles
Week: 37 miles
Workout: Run 1 mile from the Y to Niketown, run down the West Side Hwy bike path to Spring Street with the Nike Run Club, and run 3+ miles in Central Park on my own.

Once we got onto the bike path, we were probably doing 8:10/mile pace to the turnaround point. We picked up the pace on the way back and were doing about 7:50/mile.

After getting back to Niketown, I stretched out a little. I felt like I needed to a little more running, so I ran into Central Park. I went to Engineer's Gate, took the bridle path to West Drive, and went back to the Y.
