Strawberry Fields Hills

Today: 10 miles
Week: 10 miles
Workout: 4.5 miles on bridle path, 2 sets of (6x400m) up Strawberry Fields Hill, 1:30 recover between each 400, and 2:30 recover between sets.

I ran the bridle path @8:00/mile. The first set of 400m repeats were done in 81 seconds, 81, 80, 78, 74, and 74, which comes out to an average of 78. The second set was done in 72, 71, 71, 71, 70, and 72, which works out to be an average of 71. I guess I was holding back a little on the first set.
