Recovery Run

Today: 5 miles
Week: 22 miles
Workout: 65th Street - 5-mile loop of Central Park clockwise.

I wasn't sure I was even going to make it out for a run today. Yesterday's 17 miles took more of a toll than I expected. But once I started today's run, I felt better. I'm looking forward to a few easy runs this week, leading up to the NYC Half Marathon this Sunday.
