The Big 7-0

9 WEEKS UNTIL THE NYC MARATHON

Today: 8 miles
Week: 70 miles
Workout: Run from home to Van Cortlandt Park and back.

It was a beautiful day for a run even though my legs were still feeling tired from yesterday. I watched the Henry Isola 4-Mile cross country race going on at Van Cortlandt before heading back home.

I reached 70 miles in a week for the first time this year.
