Easy Day

10 WEEKS UNTIL THE NYC MARATHON

Today: 3.5 miles
Week: 62.5 miles
Workout: Through Fort Tryon Park ending at Dunkin Donuts :-)

I think this was my highest mileage week of marathon training this year. After my breakfast of coffee and a bagel, I had an afternoon snack of Doritos and Zingers. Did you know that Zingers have 16g of fat and 63g of sugar?! That was too much sugar, even for me!!!

On a totally unrelated note, will I be the only person who refuses to say "Chad Ochocinco" this football season?
