60-Mile Week

13 WEEKS REMAINING UNTIL THE NYC MARATHON

Today
: 5.5 miles
Week: 60.5 miles
Workout: Run through Inwood Hill Park and Fort Tryon Park.

This week was my first 60-mile week of marathon training. Today was also my 30th straight day of running. I think I feel a day off coming soon.
