Week: 41 miles
Workout: Run through Inwood Hill Park and Fort Tryon.  Did a couple sets of pull-ups. 
I was actually a little cold today as I began my run.  The slight drizzle was nice.  Cool weather for a change.  I recently joined a couple of "challenges" on the Nikeplus website and find myself constantly checking to see where I stand on the "leaderboard".
