Strawberry Fields Hills

Today: 6.5 miles
Week: 17 miles
Workout: West Side Y - Niketown - 72nd Street Transverse - 6 loops of Strawberry Fields - 72nd Street Transverse - 65th Street.

Ran one loop of Strawberry Fields, 1 minute recovery. Ran 2 loops, 90 seconds recovery. Repeat. My times on the loops were 2:30, 5:02, 2:19, 5:04. Felt good, considering I did intervals yesterday too.

At the end of our workout, Rafael Nadal rode through on a bike with some other people. They came straight through our running group. I didn't even know it was him until other people mentioned it. If I would have recognized him, I would have said, "6-time Grand Slam champion, coming through!"
