NIKE Run Club

Today: 8.5 miles
Week: 14 miles
Workout: Warmup from West Side Y to Niketown. Run up East Drive for 25:50 and return in 23:17.

We were supposed to come back in 24:10. I was in a group of about 7 runners. We probably should have been running a little faster on our way out. We made it all the way around Harlem Hill. I think we were doing about 6:50/mile by the time we were about a mile from finishing. I should have run in a slower group. My calves have been overworked the past three days. Plus I was standing all day at work because the students at our school were outside all day. I hope tomorrow's workout isn't too difficult.
