Feeling Sluggish

Today: 3.5 miles
Week: 10.5 miles
Workout: Run from YMCA, counterclockwise to bottom of reservoir, crossed to West Drive, and ran on bridle path back to YMCA.

I can't believe how sluggish I felt. I had planned on doing a 6-mile run around the park. I had to cut it short, and only did 3.5.
