I Probably Should Have Skipped My Run Today

Today: 6.5 miles
Week: 17 miles
Workout: 5 mile loop and one loop of the reservoir. 52 minutes.

Another bad workout! My legs were heavy. My calves were sore. I stayed on the bridle path when I got to the west side. I shuffled through the entire run. Part of the reason must be my lack of sleep. I think I'll sleep through Saturday and hopefully, I'll wake up for Sunday's Father's Day race feeling refreshed and ready to run fast.

On a happier note, I treated my 6th grade class to ESPN Zone in Times Square today. We had lunch and played video games in the arcade. I shoot free throws worse than Shaq and Dwight Howard.
