Today: 6.5 miles
Week: 22.5 miles
Workout: 2.5 mile warm-up to Riverbank Track. 3x400 with 400m recovery. 2.5 mile cool down.

91 degrees. I should have run earlier in the day. 75 seconds, 75, 73. I wanted to do more, but decided not to push it.
