Today: 7 miles
Week: 7 miles
Workout: Central Park's 65th St & E. Drive - uptown on E. Drive - top of Harlem Hill - return to bottom of hill - up Harlem Hill again - turn around and head back to 65th.

I don't really have muscle soreness from the marathon. But my calves are still tight. Unusually warm night. I lucked out and finished my run before it began raining.
