Mile Repeats

Yesterday: 6.5 miles
Week: 6.5 miles
Workout: 4x1 Mile on lower loop of Central Park, clockwise from middle of 72nd Transverse to stoplight/crosswalk connecting to Columbus Circle. Recovery back to start, to complete full lower loop.

5:56, 5:45, 5:29, 5:30. My first hard workout since the marathon.
