Week: 42.5 miles
Workout: Niketown - 4 mile loop in Central Park - 3x lower loop

Beautiful day! The park was full of Run for Haiti runners. I can't believe my legs are still sore from Wednesday's mile repeats. I think this has been the most miles I've run in a week since August or September of last year.
