Harlem Hill Repeats

Today: 6 miles
Week: 19 miles
Workout: Central Park's W. Drive - 102nd St. Transverse - 5x Harlem Hill - return to the Y

I tried to take it easy on the hills so that my legs would be fresh for the race at the Armory tomorrow.
