Workout: 2.25 mile warm up, 4 mile loop @ tempo pace beginning at 72nd Transverse & E. Drive - 4x Cat Hill - cool down back to Y.

24:27 for the 4 miles. 6:05, 5:58, 6:16, 6:07. Tough workout.
