400m Repeats

Today: 5.5 miles
Week: 5.5 miles
Workout: Warm up from 63rd & W. Drive to 102nd St. Transverse, 6x400m across the Transverse (1 minute rest between each one) cool down back to Y

I was NOT ready for this workout. By the time I did the 4th repeat, my legs were ready to quit. I jogged the last repeat.
