4x4

Yesterday: 7 miles
Week: 7 miles
Workout: 1/2 mile warm up, 4-mile tempo, 4x Cat Hill, 1/2 mile cool down

The 4-mile tempo wasn't really a tempo run. I was feeling ill, so I didn't run as fast as I was supposed to be running. I also took it easy on the hills.
