Run-A-Thon Total: 14 miles
Workout: 2.5 mile warm up, 10 x 800s with 400m recovery jog, 1 mile cool down
Ran to Riverbank State Park.  I was only going to run 5 or 6 x 800s.  But I felt good and decided to attempt the Yasso 800s.  According to Bart Yasso, if a person runs 10 x 800s at a consistent pace, (let's say 3:15 for each 800), then, the person should be able to run a 3:15 marathon.  These were my 800 times:

Maybe I did the workout incorrectly.  Because based on these times, I should be able to run a sub-3:00 marathon, and I just don't think that's possible right now.
