Week: 19.5 miles
Workout: NTNY - 65th - NTNY (cancelled workout because of lightning). 2 lower loops @7:35/mile.
Just as I was about to reach 65th inside the park, it started pouring, and there was thunder and lightning. So we had to tell runners to go back to the store. After working however, I ran two lower loops with Taegin. So at least I did something.
