Cat Hill Repeats

Today: 8 miles
Week: 21 miles
Workout: Central Park's lower loop, then to Boat House. 2 sets of 5 Cat Hill repeats. 3:00 recovery between sets.

Set 1: 1:25, 1:24, 1:24, 1:24, 1:18
Set 2: 1:21, 1:22, 1:24, 1:21, 1:19

Got caught in the thunderstorm. Kind of nice until my shoes became heavy.
