Week: 40 miles
Workout: 5 mile race (5 mile loop of Central Park, clockwise), 1 mile cool down.
30:11 (6:03/mile). My first mile was a little slow, about 6:10. The second mile was around 5:57. I don't remember what the other splits were. It was a decent race.
West Side Y came in 14th place out of 45 teams. The masters team was 13th out of 44 teams.
