Week: 11 miles
Workout: 3+ mile warm up, 4x Mile w/6:00+ recovery on the lower loop of C. Park, 1.5 mile cool down.
5:43, 5:36, 5:29, 5:29. I think these were the fastest mile repeats I've ever done. Granted, they were slightly downhill. but the third and fourth miles should have been faster. I had to slow down on the third one to get around a truck, and I almost came to a stop to get around the same truck on my last mile.
