Workout: 181st St. - Inwood Hill Park - B'way - Van Cortlandt Park - 261st St. - Riverdale Ave. - 231st St. - B'way - Inwood Hill Park - 181st St.
I didn't plan on running so far the day after the race, but once I got going I figured I may as well do a long run since I had someone to run with. Definitely a little dehydrated, however. Drank a lot of Gatorade and sat in a tub of ice water for a few minutes. I'm done for the day!
