Typical breakfast this summer
Today: 10.5 miles
Week: 27.5 miles
Workout: Lower loop on my own. Then did the WSY workout, which was a warm-up around the lower loop to 72nd Street Transverse. From there we did the entire 6-mile loop of Central Park.
I ran a little extra by running back and meeting up with some other runners. Our two coaches were not here today. They're out running the Hood to Coast Relay in Oregon. So I took over the coaching duties for the day. And no one took advantage of the coaches' absence, unless you count walking back to the Y from the east side.
I walked over to Jamba Juice after the run and got a FREE drink by purchasing a $20 gift card! YES!!!
