Week: 55 miles
Workout: Begin at the 6th Ave. entrance of Central Park, run to the west side, get on the bridle path, two loops of the extended bridle path, 1 loop of the reservoir, and 1 lower loop. 11 miles total. After a 15 minute break, run one 5-mile loop of Central Park, and a 3-mile loop.
The first 11 miles were at a conversational pace. I did the last 8 miles @ 7:00/mile.
