Week: 28.5 miles
Workout: 186th Street, past Fort Tryon Park, left on Dyckman, run along Hudson to foot bridge, turn around and come back.
I ran nice and easy @8:00/mile pace, just trying to loosen up the muscles so that I could stretch out afterwards. I'm looking forward to the Team Championships 5-mile race tomorrow and the potluck following the race.
