Week: 14.5 miles
Workout: West Side Y - Bridle path - one loop of reservoir - East Drive - Niketown. 40 minute break. Then 65th Street - East Drive - 85th Street - bottom of reservoir - West Drive - 72nd Street Transverse - 65th Street.
I ran the first 6.5 miles today at 7:30/mile and did the rest of the run at different paces, anywhere from 8:00/mile to 10:00/mile. Once again, the humidity was bad.
