Week: 17 miles
Workout: Run through Fort Tryon Park at 7:00 a.m.!!!
I rarely run in the morning unless it's a race. This particular morning, it felt like I was running through a swamp. The humidity was ridiculous. It took me about 16 minutes to run the 2 miles and about 20 minutes to stop sweating. If it's like this on Saturday for the Team Championships, I will have to readjust my goal for the race.
