Week: 15 miles
Workout: 1 mile warm up from West Side YMCA to Niketown, 3 mile run in Central Park with two 800 meter intervals @ 5K pace, 1 mile cool down from Niketown to YMCA
Everyone else who was running had a short break between their intervals. However, I had a looooonnnnnng rest between my intervals because I was making sure runners were making the correct turns in the park.
