Week: 18 miles
Workout: Niketown - lower loop of Central Park - hop on Bridle Path@63rd St. - 2 loops of reservoir and back to stretching area.
After a nice summer vacation, I had to go back to work today. The alarm going off at 5:00 a.m. was a shock this morning.
Working a whole day on little sleep and then running is a LOT different than waking up around 11:00 a.m., watching TV for a couple of hours, and THEN running.
