Out and Back

Today: 5 miles
Week: 5 miles
Workout: Starting on West Drive @63rd St. in Central Park -- Harlem Hill and back.

21:07 out, and 18:21 back, for a total of 39:28. A nice easy run. Then Myrtle and back drills indoors. No planks! Yes!!!
