Workout: Niketown - 2 extended loops of the Bridle Path
Today was the second time this week I had people tell me they called me while I was running, and I didn't respond. I'd like to think I am just very focused while I'm running. In reality, I think my body is just falling apart. My hip hurts, my vision is failing me, and now I can't hear. So, for all those people who call my name and get no response, I'm not ignoring you. I'm just beginning my twilight years a little early.
You may be entering your twilight years but that was a heck of a 3000m you ran on Thursday, so all I can say is you're pretty fly for an old guy.
