I see this horse whenever I exit through the back of my building. It creeps me out.
Week: 15 miles
Workout: 1 mile from Y to Niketown, 4 miles @ 10:00/mile from Niketown to 102nd Street Transverse and back.
What an ugly day. My legs were tired out from the past three days of workouts. I think I will need another day to recover.
