Week:14 miles
Workout: Begin in Central Park at 65th Street. Heading up East Drive. Jog to the first crosswalk, then run harder to the next crosswalk. Continue to alternate a recovery jog and running harder between crosswalks all the way around the 5-mile loop.
Before the workout began, I received my official bright yellow shirt that says "Nike Running" on the front and "Pacer" on the back. Woo-hoo!
