Week: 32 miles
Workout: YMCA to Niketown, Niketown to 65th St., 4-mile loop of Central Park counterclockwise, Niketown to YMCA.
I did the the runs from the YMCA to Niketown and back @ 8:00/mile and the 4-mile loop @ over 10:00/mile. It was drizzling during the entire run. My legs weren't as tired from yesterday's tempo run as I thought they would be, but I was still glad to not be running hard today.
