Workout: 65th Street in Central Park-72nd St. Transverse-West Drive-clockwise around Central Park-back to 65th Street
We had three groups of runners today, a 3-mile group, a 4-mile group, and a 6-mile group. It finally felt like summer today. I ran at the back of the 6-mile group. I ran with a triathlete and a woman who is training for the NYC Marathon, her first one. We finished the run in 56 minutes. We stopped a couple of times for water, so we were probably doing a 9:00/mile pace.
