Week: 29 miles
I began my two month summer vacation today! I'm going to celebrate by not doing any running. My school had a field day yesterday. I was in charge of the standing broad jump. I decided to make a few attempts and also race one of my students. Bad move. My shins are killing me!
But I am now looking forward to two months of really good marathon training. I may even decide to try running twice on some days.
