Week: 17 miles
Workout: None. Unless I count climbing the stairs in the subway station and walking a few blocks.
I feel like I need to take days off while I can. Because once this Monday arrives, it will be the official start of my NYC Marathon training. The training plan I follow is 16 weeks long, but it assumes that I've been running 40 miles per week for 4 weeks before I begin the 16-week plan. That 4-week time period begins this Monday.
