Week: 41 miles
Workout: Two 6-mile loops of Central Park. 1 hr 31 m 30 s
I figured I would do the first loop at a comfortable pace and then, pick it up a little on the second loop. I did manage to run the first loop at a comfortable pace, 45:47 (7:38/mile), but I guess the heat and my lack of any long runs recently affected me more than I thought it would. I did the second loop in 45:43 (7:37/mile), but it was a struggle.
right on the mark with 40 miles! I am behind!!
