Week: 14 miles
Workout: Warm up from YMCA to Niketown, 3xlower loop, cool down back to store.
I did the lower loops in 13:38, 13:19, and 13:16. I think the first loop was about 8:00/mile, and the next two were around 7:50/mile. I had layers of jackets and shirts on tonight, but I was still wearing shorts. The CNN thermometer in Columbus Circle said 21 degrees! I'm going to see how long I can go this winter without putting on tights.
