Heckscher Ballfield Loops

Workout: 2 loops of Heckscher Ballfields as a warm up - 4 loops in a relay race - 2 loops cool down + lower loop
Relay race. Four people per team. Each person did 1 loop of Heckscher Ballfields, then handed off to a teammate. Once everyone on the team completed their loop, the first person ran again. Each person ended up doing 4 loops for a total of 16 loops per team. There were only 2 teams.
