800 Meter Intervals

Yesterday: 5.5 miles
Week: 24 miles
Workout: Warm up from Y to Niketown. NTNY - 84th St & E. Drive. 2x800m intervals from 84th to 94th, recover back to 84th.

9:00/mile. A bit cold. I wonder if I can run with shorts through the whole winter.
