Workout: Warm-up from Y - lower loop - 72nd & E. Dr. From there, run to 85th - make left and run along bottom of reservoir until on W. Drive - south through lower loop and ending at 72nd & E. Drive. Cool down back to Y.
I ran around 6:40/mile.
Time to get back to running
