Workout: 5 lower loops of Central Park @7:00/mile.
Total time for the loops was 1 hour. The times for the loops were 12:50, 12:08, 11:50, 11:54, 11:23. The pace felt faster. I guess it seemed more difficult than normal because I was cold and soaking wet for much of the run.
Time to get back to running
