Week: 11 miles
Workout: Niketown - clockwise on lower loop of Central Park - 72nd St. Transverse - East Drive - 102nd & return.
I ran between 6:30 and 7:30/mile for the first half of the workout. On the way back, I ran about 10:00/mile.
I'm refueling on Cheez-it crackers and Iced Animal Cookies now.
