Week: 4 miles
Workout: NTNY - C. Park 65th St. - clockwise on lower loop - 72nd Transverse - E. Drive - 85th & return on the same route.
I took two days off because of plantar fasciitis in my right foot. The time off seemed to help a little. But after today's run, it was back to the PAIN.
