Workout: Central Park - 63rd Street & West Drive - 102 St. Transverse - East Drive - 72nd St. Transverse - 63rd St.
I ran with Claudina at a sub-8:00/mile pace. I felt the way I do the day after running a marathon, even though I only ran a half marathon distance yesterday. My quads and calves were especially tight and sore.
